Will there be additional charges?

If the move involves stair handling, distant loading access, transfer lifts, large special items, dismantling, or packing services, the add-on items will be explained according to the actual situation.

Do you provide packing materials?

Yes. We can provide cartons, protective materials, and packing support. You may mention these needs during your enquiry.

Can storage or temporary holding be arranged?

If the move is to be completed in phases, or the new address is not ready, temporary holding or related storage arrangements can be made first.
